One Pot Cooking on the Grill

Cooked pinto beans with juice
chopped green onions
sliced mushrooms
sliced carrots
sliced zucchini
chopped broccoli
Throw it all into a pot (we use a clay pot)

Top with fresh or frozen tilapia. Season with salt and pepper add any extra seasonings of your choice; we added blackened seafood seasoning on top of tilapia.

Foil pot, put pot lid on to keep moisture in.
Place on grill over charcoal for approx 30 or until you hear it bubbling. Remove from heat and let sit approximately 20 mins.
Top with fresh spinach and cottage cheese, enjoy!
