Now is the time to get back into the routine of taking care of our feathered friends. As the seasons change and the weather gets colder the birds are more dependent on what we, us humans, put out for them. Be sure to clean and sterilize your bird feeders and keep them full of seed to encourage an abundance of year round residents and winter visitors at your feeding stations.

Black Oil Sunflower seed is the single best seed to feed for attracting the greatest variety of feeder visitors. If you feed a low priced mixed bird seed with millet, Milo and a small amount of Black Oil Sunflower seed, change to feeding only BOS, it will attract MANY more varieties of birds and you will waste far less seed. I promise! You will be glad you did.
